True Title Appoints Division Manager for Colorado Operations

August 21, 2025

True Title Company has named Devin Storms as division manager for its Colorado operations.

With 20 years of industry experience, Storms has held senior leadership roles with national agencies and underwriters. She has successfully managed regional teams, launched scalable business and marketing strategies and led enterprise-wide adoption of title technology platforms.

“I’m extremely excited to join the True Title team,” Storms said. “Leo Hebert is someone I’ve known for over 20 years. We’ve worked together in the past a time or two, and it’s great to be joining the team he and True Title have built in Colorado.”
