ShortTrack Expands Partnership with Qualia

Middleware provider ShortTrack announced an expansion of its partnership with Qualia to support a new integration between Qualia’s Resware platform and Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

The new integration leverages ShortTrack’s trusted, flexible middleware to establish a secure, direct link between Resware and EPC, automating data flow, reducing manual effort, and supporting faster, more accurate transaction processing. As Encompass retires its Software Development Kit (SDK), this integration offers Resware clients a smooth and dependable transition to the updated architecture, according to Steve Hargraves, COO of ShortTrack.

“In a rapidly shifting digital landscape, title companies need integration partners they can count on,” Hargraves said. “We’re proud to mark nine years of delivering rock-solid integrations for Resware, and excited to support Resware users through this transition to EPC with the same reliability and responsiveness they’ve come to expect from ShortTrack.”

Hargraves said ShortTrack has been a trusted partner in the title and lending ecosystem—connecting core platforms, streamlining communication, and reducing operational friction for over a decade. This latest integration continues that tradition, giving Resware clients a flexible path forward as they adopt EPC’s modernized framework.

The collaboration also reflects both companies’ commitment to practical, scalable technology that helps title professionals move faster, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently. With ShortTrack’s deep expertise and flexible integration capabilities, Resware companies can count on a smooth onboarding experience, tailored to their unique environments and workflows.
