SoftPro Integrates With Property Insight

August 13, 2025

SoftPro released a new integration with Property Insight’s TitlePoint platform for title search solutions. With the new integration, users of SoftPro 360 can order title searches from Property Insight directly from their SoftPro environment and automatically receive the subsequent search results.

“SoftPro customers now have access to an invaluable title search solution through Property Insight’s TitlePoint platform,” said SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen. “We are pleased to offer this new integration, further increasing our customers’ productivity and improving their efficiency.”

SoftPro users can seamlessly initiate various TitlePoint searches, including property, tax and name searches from a single request, as well as Xpress Search, and legal and vesting brief searches from their SoftPro software. Search results are processed by TitlePoint and automatically returned back to SoftPro as PDF files. Users can also access TitlePoint to run further searches, filter results, retrieve images, and manually send those results and images back to SoftPro as PDF files.

"We are thrilled to announce the integration of TitlePoint with SoftPro 360, a collaboration that significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of our services,” said Property Insight President Nikki Bell. “By enabling seamless access to TitlePoint through SoftPro 360, our customers can now initiate and manage searches more effectively, reducing manual errors and streamlining their workflow.
