Westcor Appoints Florida Agency Representative

August 12, 2025

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. hired Sandra Palmer as a new agency representative to join the Florida team in Jacksonville.

“We are thrilled to welcome a veteran title professional like Sandra on board,” said Tim Butts, vice president and regional manager for Westcor. "Finding a sales representative with 20 years as a licensed title agent and a diversified skillset like hers is very rare. I can't imagine any agency not wanting that knowledge at their disposal.”

Palmer’s expertise spans residential and commercial closings, managing office operations and proficiency in many title closing software platforms. She is well versed in building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
