Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund Expands Into West Virginia

Colorado-based Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund (ATGF) expanded operations into the West Virginia market.

The expansion strengthens ATGF’s presence in the Eastern region and provides legal and title professionals in West Virginia.

“We’re excited to bring ATGF’s unique approach to title underwriting to West Virginia effective immediately,” said Bob Grohol, Eastern Region agency manager at ATGF. “Our expansion into West Virginia represents our commitment to serving the specific needs of attorneys and title agents in these growing markets.”

ATGF’s entry into West Virginia comes at a time when the state’s real estate market is showing steady growth, with home prices up 9.4% year-over-year according to recent Redfin data. The average home value in West Virginia has reached $170,904, up 3.5% over the past year according to Zillow. T

“Our approach has always been to understand the unique challenges facing legal professionals and title agents,” Grohol said. “By offering free EPIC software alongside our underwriting services, we greatly reduce technology costs for our agents while providing the tools they need to succeed.
