Fannie Mae Updates List of Underwriters Approved to Handle Funding for Multifamily Deals

July 31, 2025

Fannie Mae updated its list of title insurance underwriters and numerous wholly-owned title agencies approved to perform funding functions—except where limited by law—for multifamily mortgages. There are now 19 approved underwriters.
