Michigan Insurance Regulator Suspends Licenses of Two Title Agencies

The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) issued summary suspensions against two Michigan-based title insurance agencies for allegedly violating provisions of the state’s insurance code by engaging in practices that pose a risk of financial loss and serious negative consequences for consumers.
