Arizona Supreme Court Confirms No Coverage Under Lender's Policy if Loan is Paid in Full

Michael R. O’Donnell, partner of the law firm Riker Danzig LLP, and Shelley Wu, an associate at the firm, provided today’s review of a decision by the Arizona Supreme Court that reaffirmed that a lender's policy provides no coverage if the insured loan is paid in full.
