  In March 2024, the Biden administration announced a Title Acceptance Pilot, which waives the requirement for lender’s title insurance on certain refinances. Today, we highlight Ellen Albrecht, chair of the NTP council and senior underwriter for Kansas-based Security 1st Title LLC. Albrecht first earned the designation in 2016.
