Fidelity Acquires N.C.-based Metro Title

March 19, 2024

Fidelity National Financial Inc. announced the acquisition of Metro Title Co. which is based in Raleigh, N.C.

Established in 2005, Metro Title provides a mix of commercial and residential real estate title services to the Triangle region. David Huffstetler, president of Metro Title, has over 25 years in the title industry. estate professionals as a valuable partner and resource in the real estate transaction.

“We at Fidelity National Title North Carolina are so excited to add Metro’s talent and experience to our team,” said Ken Stone, North Carolina state manager and title counsel for Fidelity National Title. “David has assembled a gifted team at Metro Title and has become a dominant player in the Triangle real estate community.
