SoftPro Releases New Integration With General Title

February 1, 2024

SoftPro released a new integration to its SoftPro 360 platform with General Title Insurance Company. The new title production integration is immediately available through the SoftPro 360 vendor portal.

Agents of General Title who use SoftPro can order and generate approved General Title closing protection letters (CPLs) and policy jackets directly through their SoftPro software. The integration eliminates the manual processes of tasks such as phone calls and emails. General Title is currently licensed to issue title insurance policies in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

“We are pleased to offer the new General Title integration so that our mutual customers can streamline their title production,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro chief customer officer. “Eliminating cumbersome processes and the re-keying of data significantly improves accuracy and productivity for our customers.”

Rob Holman, president of General Title Insurance Co., added, "We are excited to see our title insurance policy and closing protection products available to SoftPro 360 users through this integration. This enhancement will help our agents reduce processing times and improve efficiencies across their settlement workflows, which makes for happy title agents and happier real estate settlement clients.”
