Alanna.ai Bolsters Sales Team

Alanna.ai, the creator of a conversational AI-powered virtual assistant for title agents, has named Bob Grohol as executive sales director.

Grohol comes to alanna.ai with four decades of technology experience and approximately 25 years in the title and real estate industry. He held key business development and sales positions with RamQuest Software for nearly 10 years and was a sales executive for nine years with eRecording Partners Network. He was most recently an assistant vice president and state manager for Alliant National Title Insurance Co., where he was responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with agents in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana.

“Bob comes to us with a wealth of experience and strong industry relationships, and he understands not only what technology can do, but what title agents want and need from their systems,” said Hoyt Mann, president and co-founder of alanna.ai. “Bob’s reputation as a problem solver and straight-shooter have paved the way to a stellar reputation that is well deserved. He’s an ideal fit for Alanna clients.”

Mann said that Grohol will join alanna.ai Executive Sales Director Keith Wellman to double the sales and development capabilities of the company.

“We’re expecting accelerated growth as the market rebounds,” Mann said. “We strongly believe that the combined capabilities and talents of Keith and Bob will amount to service that exceeds the sum of its parts.”

Alanna’s conversational AI technology can engage in conversations with clients via SMS text or web chat in 54 different languages.
