REAL Advantage Title Earns Top Security Audit Results

California-based REAL Advantage Title Insurance Co. (RATIC) once again received a “no exceptions” letter for SOC1 & SOC2 compliance in an audit conducted by Baker Tilly. This marks the eighth audit of this type that RATIC has achieved the highest score attainable.

The SOC1 & SOC2 audit examined RATIC’s control policies, protocols and procedures that align with the standards outlined by ALTA’s Best Practices.

The independent audit tested over 50 controls including the overview of the company, its services, infrastructure, software, people, data, procedures and risk assessment. Each area examined during this audit, received excellent reviews with no exceptions.
