Make an Impact With Your Gift This Holiday Season

Make an impact this holiday season with a gift to the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation! In the month of December, the Foundation is hoping to raise $15,000 to provide grants to three additional nonprofits in 2024. Whether you give $5 or $500, your personal donation will make a difference in someone’s life. Let’s hear from a couple of the Foundation’s grant recipients:

“One of the special moments for me this past year was seeing a family of eight work through many challenges to get stable housing. After we successfully helped clear the way to employment (for the parents), we were able to find the family temporary housing. As we worked with them to increase their income potential, help the kids find stability in routines and continue to walk with them on their journey, we saw the amazing gift of community shine through.”

“Lori came to us with three children and one on the way. She had been staying with family and friends and knew it was time to move on but had nowhere to go. She finished her nursing degree but had not passed her boards and didn’t have a job. She developed a plan with her caseworker to take care of her family… During the program, Lori passed her boards, received her LPN license and got a great job. Lori is now renting a four-bedroom home and is saving money with plans to become a homeowner! We are so proud of her hard work and determination, and your support is allowing single mothers like Lori to reach their goals.”
