Lone Star Title Company Launches Closing Platform

November 16, 2023

Lone Star Title Company of El Paso launched a new platform that enhances the closing experience for Realtors and lenders.

Called Connect by LST, the application provides flexibility to communicate with Lone Star Title about transactions and upload documents outside of traditional working hours.

Connect by LST users enjoy real-time email and text notifications, access to a collaborative portal, mobile-friendly forms and e-signing so they can sign from anywhere at any time, two-way document sharing and visibility into their file statuses.

“Lone Star Title has always stuck with tradition, but the real estate industry is changing, and many people are trading in-person transactions for digital alternatives,” said John Martin, president of Lone Star Title. “We’re leading the charge on that change by continuously offering resources and technology like Connect by LST to our customers. Our entire team is excited about this new platform because it is secure and delivers the personalized experience that our customers deserve.”
