CATIC and CATIC Financial Reappoint Board Leadership

October 26, 2023

CATIC and CATIC Financial announced that Keith S. Shaw, Kenneth M. Gruder, Charles R. (Peter) Ebersol and Patricia C. Farrell were reappointed to their leadership roles within the CATIC and CATIC Financial Boards.

Shaw was reappointed as chair of the CATIC Board. He has been a member of the Board since 2001, and has served as chair of the Governance and Claims committees.

Gruder was reappointed as vice chair of the CATIC Board. He is a founding member of Goldman Gruder & Woods LLC, and the chair of its Real Estate Law Practice Group.

Ebersol was reappointed as chair of the CATIC Financial Board. He previously served as chair of the CATIC Board, and continues to serve as a member of that Board.

Farrell was reappointed as vice chair of the CATIC Financial Board. She previously served as chair of the CATIC Board.
