TitleEQ Opens Offices in Florida, Pennsylvania

TitleEQ has opened new offices in Miami and Allentown, Pa. The founders of the Philadelphia-based firm are also the creators of TitleBox, a national provider of title clearance solutions for title agencies as well as default and REO loan servicing.

According to Matt Einheber, TitleEQ principal and creator of TitleBox, the openings were necessary to accommodate recent growth.

“We’ve already seen incredible demand for our TitleBox solution across multiple market segments over the past four years, to the extent that, at the urging of our clients, we began to reimagine the way settlement services should be provided,” he said. “TitleEQ deploys effective technology as well as a unique combination of technology curation and updated workflow to maximize our clients’ margins. We’ve quickly won clients nationwide, who tell us, quite frankly, that ours is the way real estate transactions, commercial and residential, should be closed.”

Einheber also hinted that the company would be making additional growth-related announcements in the coming weeks and months. “We will have quite a bit of positive news to share during the fourth quarter of this year into 2024,” he said.

TitleBox 2.0’s technology reviews incoming title searches and commitments, producing an assessment of the results that identifies any clouds on title and pairs relevant, location-specific underwriting rules and guidelines with those issues. Where necessary, TitleBox 2.0 also delivers specific resolutions. All of this is generated instantly upon receipt of the title search, and integrated into an agent’s existing workflow, the company said in a release.
