Real Advantage Title Adds Regional Agency Manager

August 29, 2023

Real Advantage Title Insurance Co. added Susan Stewart as regional agency manager covering Utah, Colorado and Texas.

Her primary role will be to meet with title agencies, learn about their individual needs and identify any gaps that require attention. She will then curate strategic plans to collaboratively work with these agencies, supporting their growth and development.

Stewart has nearly 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She has spent 18 years working on the independent agent side, while spending six years on the underwriting side, providing her with a comprehensive perspective of both operational and strategic aspects of the title industry.

Prior to joining Real Advantage Title, Stewart made a notable contribution to education as a professor for five years in the business marketing department at Regis University in Denver.

“We are delighted to welcome Susan Stewart to our team,” said Rich Macaluso, president of Real Advantage Title. “Her extensive experience, coupled with her academic and interpersonal skills, make her an invaluable addition to our leadership team.”
