True Title Company Forms Commercial Division

True Title Company LLC recently formed a separate commercial division. The move allows its group of commercial title professionals to focus on commercial title and closing services, including 1031 exchanges and construction disbursing.
Leading the team is Jake Halter, who was recently promoted to vice president of the company’s commercial division.
Halter’s experience in the title industry began with search and examination before moving into an escrow closing role, where his closings ranged from the residential sale to multi-million-dollar commercial transactions.
