Many ALTA members are already closing transactions with the new Closing Disclosure, while others will be scheduling closings with the Know Before You Owe mortgage disclosures in the next few weeks.

ALTA wants to know how implementation is going. Are there collaboration issues in providing fees for the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure, problems calculating the fee for owner’s title insurance or anything else we should know?
