Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions Delivers Web Tools to Brokers and Agents

(NYSE: FNF - News), a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, reported today that its Real Estate Solutions Division has implemented a fully integrated suite of Web-based tools developed for agents and brokers, and now being utilized by thousands of agents through a leading national real estate services firm. The suite is comprised of Fidelity's BrokerOffice(TM) and AgentOffice® systems, enabling agents and brokers to easily establish and maintain an online presence to take advantage of Internet-based leads and business opportunities.

BrokerOffice Suite provides agents with user-friendly online tools to develop and manage their Web sites. Once their Web sites have been established, this system captures critical contact information from site visitors, allowing users to automatically follow up on leads. To track their online marketing progress, agents can use an Online Customer Relationship Management System feature. With this Suite, agents are also able to create informative Consumer Marketing Analysis reports.
