Limelyte builds TitleTools, an AI-powered title production platform built around a human-in-the-loop model — AI does the heavy lifting on indexing and extraction, but nothing gets posted without confidence-scored review, so accuracy stays in human hands where it matters.

Indexing, backplant conversion, and plant building are where TitleTools does the most work. Using OCR combined with bounding-box detection, the system locates and extracts grantor/grantee names, legal descriptions, instrument types, dates, and recording data directly off document images — on both clean modern recordings and messy historic documents (handwritten entries, split pages, degraded scans). Every extraction carries a confidence score, so anything uncertain gets flagged for human review rather than posted blind, and smart categorization sorts instrument types and document structure automatically as volume comes in.

Examination and workflow automation extends the same approach beyond raw indexing: automated stapling of multi-page document images into complete records, bankruptcy search and flagging, and FIRPTA determination are all built into the examiner workflow, so examiners spend their time on judgment calls instead of manual lookups and page assembly.

Integration is not limited to any one plant system. We've built working integrations into PropertySync, Futura's TitleSearch, TitleScan, and others, and we regularly build custom import/export adapters for whatever system a plant already runs on — the goal is fitting into your existing conventions, not asking you to change how you post.
