Leadership Program

Whether you’re an attorney, agent, underwriter or operations manager, this program designed exclusively for ALTA Members provides the opportunity to unlock leadership potential and take your career to the next level.

Program Details

  • Kick-Off Event: An in-person seminar held at ALTA EDge
  • Group discussions: Two hours of commitment per month via virtual sessions (April-September)
  • Outside reading: Valuable outside reading assignments (two books over the length of the program)
  • Capstone gathering: Group discussion and recognition at ALTA ONE in October

National Title Professional Designation

The National Title Professional Designation (NTP) recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property. Click here for more information about the NTP designation.

 

National Rising Title Professionals

The National Rising Title Professionals (NRTP) Program is a three-year professional development experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the title and settlement industry. The program is developed for professionals with five years or less of industry experience. The program offers flexible enrollment. Those who join mid-cycle will have the opportunity to complete any missed sessions to ensure they graduate with full program experience.

  • Year One: Discover and Connect
    • The program introduces participants to the title industry, exposes them to career paths and connects them with professionals across the country.
  • Year Two: Mentorship and Growth
    • Participants deepen their development through mentorship and continued engagement.
  • Year Three: Leadership and Contribution
    • Participants step into leadership roles and give back to the industry. This final year transforms participants from learners into industry contributors and future leaders.

This free, yearlong program pairs experienced professionals who are ALTA Members with emerging leaders across the title industry to support growth, build confidence and strengthen connections.

  • Mentees gain personalized guidance to navigate their career journey
  • Mentors make a lasting impact by helping shape the next generation of title professionals
  • Must attend at least one virtual meeting per month to participate
  • In-person events like ALTA ONE and ALTA EDge offer great opportunities to connect, but attendance isn’t required
