Tim Evans is the owner of Evans Title Agency, Inc. located in Tipp City, Ohio. He has been in the title industry since 1991. Prior to starting the agency he spent the first 10 years of his career in banking.
Being very active in the industry, Tim is a past president of the Ohio Land Title Association and continues to serve on the PAC and Regulatory committees. On the ALTA level he currently serves on the Abstractors & Title Insurance Agents Executive Committee, Chairman of the Abstractors/Agent Research Committee and is a member of several other committees. Most recently he has been a member of the Homebuyer Outreach Program (HOP) Work Group.
As an active member of the community Evans is a former Mayor and City Councilman, and past President of the Chamber of Commerce and Home Builders Association.
