Paul Hofmann is the CEO and Owner of AEGIS Land Title Group, LLC, a 100% independent, family-owned title and escrow company serving seven counties in the greater Seattle/Puget Sound area, including Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, and Jefferson. With over 30 years in the industry, Paul began in technology sales, helping modernize escrow operations by moving from IBM Selectric typewriters to digital systems and digitizing title plants. His blend of sales savvy and tech expertise led naturally into agency leadership.
A dedicated leader, Paul is the past president of the Washington Land Title Association (WLTA). In 2015, he and his wife Julie acquired and rebranded Stewart Title of Kitsap as AEGIS. Under their stewardship, the firm has grown through strategic acquisitions while remaining proudly independent, free of outside investors or joint ventures. This “boutique is better than big” philosophy prioritizes deep client relationships and personalized service.
Paul champions innovation and empowering people with technology.
