Nancy L. Gusman, Esq. is a seasoned professional, with over 35 years’ experience, who is devoted to meeting all of her clients’ needs. Ms. Gusman’s services include the structuring and financing of commercial and residential real estate transactions, handling complex issues such as foreclosure, foreclosure prevention, bankruptcy, investment property, distress transactions, delayed settlement transactions, low credit financing, and advising clients with regard to state and federal regulations in financing.
Having previously owned and managed real estate settlement & title companies, Ms. Gusman has recently opened Brick House Consulting Services, LLC, which assists title companies with establishing their internal policies and procedures, writing their employee manuals, and training their staff.
