Marianne is a 20+ year veteran in the real estate industry where she held a variety of roles covering three states. Before becoming an agency representative, she was an auditor for an underwriter, and a manager of a title insurance/settlement agency where in addition to being operations manager, she ran the post-closing and accounting departments that averaged 150
closings per month.
Marianne is active in the title insurance and real estate industry. Currently, she is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New York chapter where she serves as a board member and executive officer including Treasurer (2016-2018), President-Elect (2018) and President (2019) and the American Land Title Association (ALTA) where she is active on
several committees. She is a member of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA) where she served on the executive committee from 2008-2017 and held several positions as an officer: Vice Chair of the Title Insurance Section (2008-2009), Chair of the Title Insurance Section (2009-2010), Treasurer (2010-2014), President-elect (2014-2015), President (2015-2016) and Immediate Past President (2016-2017).
American Land Title Association awarded Marianne the designation of National Title Professional in May 2013 and in February 2015 Sokol Media selected her as one of "15 Women to Watch in Real Estate in 2015."Real Estate Forum magazine named her a "2015 Woman of Influence."
As a national agency account manager with Fidelity National Title Group, Marianne works with multi-state title insurance agencies in both the commercial and residential sectors and is responsible for maximizing profitability and optimizing opportunities in technology, business relationships, market growth and operational improvements to ensure the long-term profitability
of her customers.
