Digital Closings continue to get lots of headlines and it’s important to stay on top of the evolving trends. This study aims to better understand the adoption, limitations, and opportunities of technology as it pertains to real estate transactions and closings. Your engagement helps ALTA continue to raise awareness with policymakers about digital closings and remote notarization.
