Latest Release Packed with Customer Driven Enhancements

FRISCO, TEXAS Hall Settlement Systems, an affiliate of Hall Financial Group, announced the availability of greater abstractor collaboration with its new abstractor login as part of the latest release of eTitleAxis 5.0, Service Pack 4. eTitleAxis is a comprehensive Web-based title and settlement management system, which automates the processes of order entry, transaction management and status reporting, title production, escrow closing and settlement, recordation tracking and title policy issuance.

eTitleAxis' new abstractor login allows abstractors to log in to the eTitleAxis system with an unique username and password to access a personal work queue. When an abstractor is assigned work, he or she may view the order and the client summary, as well as access all related documents designated with abstractor viewing rights. Abstractors can also upload documents and collaborate with the title company via the online comments forum.

“Recognizing a need in the settlement process for greater collaboration between title companies and abstractors, we’ve created a personalized workspace within eTitleAxis from which abstractors can view and contribute to the details of all work assigned by the title company,” said Jon Allen, vice-president of business development, Hall Settlement Systems. “The eTitleAxis functionality provided for abstractors will not only aid them in tracking and managing their work, it will also provide title companies with a competitive advantage over competitors that are not providing easier and more effective ways of doing business together. Title companies and abstractors can now interact more effectively, and that makes the entire time-sensitive process run more smoothly.”

All enhancements respond to requests from current customers and improve the fluidity of the settlement process. An overview of features and functionality can be found on Hall Settlement Systems’ Web site at www.hallsystems.com.
