Weaver Brings Additional Industry Experience to Express Financial Services Senior Management Staff

Pittsburgh– Express Financial Services, Inc. (EFS), one of the nation’s most widely used appraisal, title, settlement services and vendor management companies, has added Kevin Weaver to its senior management staff as Vice President, National Closing Operations.
Kevin was most recently senior vice president and county manager with Diversified Title & Escrow of El Monte, California, and has over 20 years of experience in the legal and operations areas of the title insurance industry. Prior to working with Diversified Title, Weaver was vice president and county manager for Commerce Title Company (a division of Centex Homes). Before working with Commerce Title, Kevin was the general manager and executive vice president of operations for LandSafe Title (a division of Countrywide Home Loans). He received his undergraduate degree from Lebanon Valley College and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Kevin’s experience on the legal side of the title industry includes time spent as general counsel for Stewart Mortgage Information Company (a division of Stewart Title Co.), assistant general counsel and vice president of Strategic Mortgage Services, Inc. and vice president, title risk management assistant general counsel for Lender’s Services, Inc. (“LSI”).
