July 18, 2005

PITTSBURGH -- Fiserv Lending Solutions’ General American Corporation (GAC), a technology solution provider to the settlement services industry and a unit of Fiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV), has announced that Nationwide Appraisal and Title Services Corporation of Pittsburgh will use its GATORS® brand software for title and appraisal operations.

GATORS® provides workflow and vendor management platforms for the settlement services and title industry and licenses technology solutions and software to a wide variety of settlement services providers. Its ENTERPRISE® software, which will be used by Nationwide Appraisal and Title Services, is a one-stop electronic loan document and vendor management solution for ordering settlement products and services such as appraisals, title insurance, flood reports, and closing management.

Nationwide Appraisal and Title Services is a subsidiary of Capital Title Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTGI) and a national provider of transaction services to the real estate and mortgage lending industries serving as a title agency, underwriter and source for real estate-related services. Nationwide will employ the GATORS ENTERPRISE® system, a complete, Web-enabled e-commerce solution that makes ordering, confirming and tracking of real estate information services as simple as connecting to the Internet for customers.

"We're pleased to be using GATORS® technology for our title and closing operations," said Dan Kavanaugh, president of Nationwide Appraisal and Title Services Corporation. "As a large settlement services firm with a national list of clients and partners, we needed a robust, turnkey solution which will integrate easily with a variety of existing applications."

“The GATORS ENTERPRISE® system is a perfect fit for Nationwide,” said Chris Behning, GAC senior vice president and chief technology officer. “It’s a comprehensive solution with a wide array of integration options, eliminating any need to maintain separate and costly proprietary system interfaces between each of Nationwide’s partners.”
