The home of two American presidents is only the latest in a number of interesting historical properties around the country that have listed for sale on eBay Real Estate (Nasdaq:EBAY) this summer.

The homes for sale have touched upon highpoints in American history, including one of the great newspaper dynasties, the women's suffrage movement, the Cold War and father-and-son presidents.

The 3,300-square-foot home where two American presidents lived, located in Midland, Texas is currently up for sale on eBay. The house overlooks the park where President George W. Bush played baseball as a youngster, according to eBay.

Susan B. Anthony's 3-story brick childhood home was recently up for sale, according to eBay. The house overlooks the Battenkill River in upstate New York and was built by the Anthony family in 1832.

The historic 22-room Hearst family mansion located in Oroville, Calif., also made a recent appearance on eBay. The house was built in 1888 as the family get-away estate for hunting and vacationing, according to eBay.

A home that was originally constructed as a missile silo, located in the Adirondack Mountains and nestled between lakes Champlain and Lake Placid, is currently live on eBay. This facility once contained an Atlas-F missile and was manned by 40 Air Force personnel.

EBay Real Estate is the online marketplace for real estate-related properties and services.
