This may be your employer or your Underwriter, so talk with your manager to be sure that you use the correct Access Code. Once your user account is set up, visit the "Catalog" and purchase the course.

Paying by Check or Money Order?

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, make the check payable to the Land Title Institute, Inc. Send the payment along with a letter listing the following: the course or courses you wish to take, the student's first and last name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Sponsor Options - Employee Plan and Agent Plan

Sponsor Your Employees: The Employee Sponsor Plan is designed for companies that wish to guarantee a discount on the total cost of LTI's online courses. The company agrees to pay a monthly Sponsor Fee for a minimum of 12 months to lock in discounted Course Fees. The Course Fee may be paid by either the employer or the employee, depending on the employer's training program policies.

After signing a contract and pre-paying the first month's Sponsor Fee, the Sponsor company is provided a unique Access Code which their employees will use in the online enrollment process. The Access Code identifies or links the student to the Sponsor and ensures the discounted Course Fee.

The employees may enroll in the LTI courses at any time using the Access Code. The Course Fee is paid at the time of enrollment.

Monthly Fee for Employee Sponsored Plan

Sponsor Your Agents:The Agent Sponsor Plan is designed for title insurance underwriters to sponsor their agents' employees participating in the LTI correspondence courses by sharing the costs of the program. On a monthly basis, the underwriter agrees to pay a portion of the course fee for each student enrolled in their agents' plan. The underwriter's Sponsor Fee is calculated at $105 per student for Title 101 (a.k.a. "Course 1"), $110 per student for Title 201 (a.k.a. "Course 2"), and $20 per student for the Escrow Accounting Procedures Course.

At this time, the following underwriters sponsor all their agents in the LTI program:

Fidelity National Financial (includes Chicago Title)
First American Title (includes United General)
Stewart Title

To become a sponsor company, please contact LTI Staff directly. Note: there is a one-time set-up fee of $250 to establish an Agent Sponsored Plan by a title insurance underwriter.
