SoftPro is the nation's leading provider of Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance software

North American Title Insurance Company is a seasoned title insurance underwriter that has been helping customers achieve the American dream of homeownership for more than 50 years. In the past several years, we have become known as the “underwriter next door, because our associates are always easy to reach and our processes are, at all times, quick and straightforward. Our agency application process is fast and transparent for qualified agents. NATIC offers a one-hour underwriting response guarantee that is unparallelled in our industry. In addition, we value our agents based on their title industry knowledge and experience, not just on profits alone.

Web-based version enables access to electronic real estate forms from multiple locations

Inman News Features

ZipForm, the official electronic forms software of the National Association of Realtors, now has an online version called ZipFormOnline.

ZipFormOnline aims to address the mobility needs of real estate agents and brokers by allowing them to securely access real estate forms from multiple locations.

The Web-based version allows users to store, retrieve, edit and save in-process forms from any computer connected to the Internet. Also, association and agency forms are kept current through automatic updates of the system.

RE FormsNet, the producer of ZipForm, is a joint venture that includes California Association of Realtors subsidiary Real Estate Business Services, NAR and CBF Systems.
