Every day our State Associations are working to build the capacity and organizational effectiveness of nearly 4,500 title agents, abstracters, and title insurance companies ranging from small, one-county operations, to large national title insurers that collectively serve individuals and communities across the nation. Title Insurance Regulators by State

Insurance Regulators enforce laws and regulations for each type of insurance, including land title. Many of these offices can also provide you with information to help you make informed insurance-buying decisions and answer questions you may have.
