˜At the Large Title Agents meeting in Phoenix Arizona on January 28-29th, Gary Danoff presented the R.I.S.E. Program for Business Development and Customer Service. 30 Large Title Agents attended the 1½ day workshop which focused on finding and closing more sales in any market in the country and on maximizing employee productivity to keep the business. Owners participated in looking at existing and new opportunities for marketing; investing in the market during up and down times, investing in their employees; studying new ways to increase close rates and employee productivity and attracting permanent and temporary employees into the industry. There was a focus on one-of-a kind exercises designed to get business owners to make small changes in how they run their businesses to create more revenue and lower expenses.
