DENVER — United General Title Insurance Company is pleased to announce the opening of its new North Carolina operations. “We are excited about the opportunities in this market,” states Ron Maudsley, executive vice president and chief operating officer of United General.
Headed by industry innovator Bryan Rosenberg, the North Carolina operations of United General has opened an office in Raleigh. Rosenberg, senior vice president/North Carolina state manager, will be working closely with Maudsley and other senior managers at United General to build production operations in the state as well as develop agency operations as opportunities arise. A primary focus will be on using technology tools to build brand identity and loyalty. “We are thoroughly committed to providing a superior product to our customers,” states Rosenberg. “And we feel technology will play a major role in achieving our goals as well as the goals of our customers. We are doing things no other title company is doing right now—and we are simply thrilled to make these products and services available in this market.”
Prior to joining United General, Rosenberg was with another national underwriter for more than eight years. For most of that time, he served as North Carolina state manager for direct and agency operations where he grew the North Carolina market share from 5.6 percent to 11.2 percent. Before that, he was in private practice handling mergers and acquisitions, tax and general corporate work. Rosenberg graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 1993 after earning an undergraduate degree at Michigan State University in East Lansing. In addition to being a member of the State Bar, he is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and recently finished a three-year term on the Real Property Council. He is the immediate past president of the North Carolina Land Title Association.
