After serving as senior vice president of finance and administration with First American Flood Data Services, Douglass was named president in May 2000. He was appointed chief financial officer of the Mortgage Information Services Group in August 2003 while continuing his responsibilities as president of Flood Data Services.
His financial experience also includes four years with Coopers & Lybrand, now Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. Douglass received his BBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In her new position, Chenault will oversee First American Flood Data Services' continued growth and will work to further expand the company's industry-leading market position.
