Doma Names Agency Manager for East Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma

Doma Title Insurance Inc. appointed Jamie Deal as agency manager for East Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. In this role, she will assist Doma’s growing independent title agent base in the region, offering agents her expertise and support as they strive to grow their market share.

In addition to being CEO of her own title agency, Deal has served in many capacities in the title industry over the past two decades, including as an abstractor and examiner, fee attorney manager, director of business development and chief operating officer. Through the years, she has developed expertise in providing title insurance and closing services for a wide range of transactions, such as single family, commercial, foreclosures, refinance and short sales.

“Jamie has worked in all facets of the business from starting her own title agency to policy production,” said Ashleigh Spruell, assistant vice president and regional agency manager. “She knows firsthand what an agent needs from an underwriter partner and will put her wealth of knowledge to work to assist her agents to fine-tune and expand their business.”

Deal is a member of the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). She previously served on the TLTA Land Title School committee and participated in the Young Professionals and Leadership Academy.

“As agency manager for Doma, I look forward to sharing the expertise I acquired as an agency owner with my Doma agents, as they navigate the challenges of running a title agency,” Deal said. “In addition, Doma does a fantastic job of providing critically important education for agents, as well as information on current trends. I will take great pride in providing these resources to my agents to help them improve their agency processes and delivery of services.”
