The Docket: Insured Lender Has To Clean Up Its Own Mess

Ron Damashek, a partner at the law firm Dickinson Wright PLLC in Chicago, provided today’s review of a decision by the Arkansas Court of Appeals that held the negligent recording of a mortgage by the Insured precluded coverage under Section 3(a) of the title policy.
