November 29, 2022

Old Republic Title announced that Jesse Oman, the company’s chief information officer (CIO), once again received the Info-Tech CIO Award from the Info-Tech Research Group, a leading IT research and advisory firm.

The annual award celebrates IT leaders who deliver exceptional value to their organizations and achieve high IT satisfaction and value scores, as assessed by their business stakeholders.

Oman was recognized as one of the top winners for the CIO Business Vision division. He received this honor based on high scores in the Info-Tech CIO Business Vision diagnostic program, an annual survey that measures stakeholder satisfaction with organizations’ core IT services, including: client-facing technology, security and innovation.

In his role as CIO at Old Republic Title, Oman is responsible for overseeing all personnel, policies, objectives and business plans for the Company’s Information Services department. He also oversees Old Republic Title Tech Companies Inc., including eRecording Partners Network (ePN), iMarc (dba E-Closing), RamQuest Software, Pavaso and SMKT.

“Our talented IS leadership team, together with every member of the IS department, is ensuring that innovation and configuration are achieved,” Oman said. “It is because of their hard work, dedication and collaboration that I can accept this award.”

With the help of his team, Oman ensures that these proprietary technologies, programs and companies continue to effectively support the real estate and title insurance industries. He also is a member of Old Republic Title’s Governance Steering Committee, an advisory group that focuses on aligning the company’s digital products and solutions.

Carolyn Monroe, president of Old Republic National Title Holding Company, praised Oman’s contributions to optimize engagement and transform business performance across the enterprise.

“His passion for IT and business, and the dedication he has not only to his team, but to the entire organization, is driving excitement,” Monroe said. “Jesse continues to grow and develop our internal IS department and all of the title tech companies. His experience and perspective on business strategy is moving us forward.”
