Investors Title Names EVP in North Carolina for Commercial Market Development

Investors Title recently hired Jeff Benson as executive vice-president – North Carolina and commercial market development. In this role, Benson will lead the North Carolina residential and commercial market development teams, and collaborate with operations teams, to identify and implement strategies that maximize profitable revenue and market-share growth.

“We’ve worked with Jeff as a customer for 15-plus years and are very pleased that he has joined Investors Title to lead our talented North Carolina and Commercial Services Division development teams,” said Morris Fine, president and COO of Investors Title. “We are excited about the focus and experience Jeff brings to the North Carolina market and to expanding the geographic reach of our commercial services division.”

Prior to joining Investors Title, Benson served as partner, president and general counsel for eight years at The Dilweg Companies LLC, a real estate investment firm. Before that, he practiced law for 21 years in the real estate department of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where he served as partner and commercial real estate team lead and represented real estate investors, developers, and lenders.
