The Docket: Pennsylvania Court Addresses Statute of Frauds

April 26, 2022

Shawn Briner of the law firm Briner Law Group LLC provided today’s review of decision by Pennsylvania’s Superior Court that held the statute of frauds was satisfied because the grantor could not have signed the deeds because she was dead.
