First American Named One of the 100 Best Companies to Work For

First American Financial Corp. was named one of this year’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine. This marks the seventh consecutive year that First American has earned a place on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

Great Place to Work selected the list of winners using analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience across a range of role-agnostic criteria that includes race, gender, age and disability status. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified organization.
