TitleTap Partners with Alanna.ai to include Chatbot on Websites

TitleTap has partnered with Alanna.ai to now include a chatbot named “Anna” on TitleTap’s website solutions.

“Saving time, especially in this busy market, is a big deal for our customers. We are really excited to be working with the Alanna.ai team to include a chatbot solution that has amazing functionality and is focused on the title industry,” said Dean Collura, CEO of TitleTap.

Anna’s main goal is to respond to general questions and gather information.

“Anna was built to be a standalone chat widget not tied into any production system and is like Alanna’s little sister,” said Hoyt Mann, president. “She is very capable and is great at answering questions that are predefined and getting them routed to the right person.”
