Upload Your E&O Data to the Free ALTA Registry Today
Looking for an easy way to manage E&O insurance data submissions to your underwriters?
If you are fed up with sending the same E&O data multiple times each year and constantly having to share spreadsheets, we have the solution. The E&O One and Done tool in the ALTA Registry is a free service to all title insurance agents who have a listing.
With your listing in the ALTA Registry, you can upload your E&O insurance data once and provide one point of access for your underwriters. It is the “one and done” solution to an annual chore that costs you time and money.
Access your record in the Registry Management System (RMS), click on the E&O Documents tab, then simply drag and drop a PDF of your E&O Declarations page into the RMS. The ALTA Registry will do the rest. Optical Character Recognition software by AREAL.AI will extract the relevant information and turn it into data—and you don’t have to type a thing. It’s that simple.
Once you save the data, it will be posted to the Underwriter Dashboard in the RMS for your confirming underwriters to access. As you add new underwriters, they will automatically gain access to this data as soon as they confirm their relationship with you.
