Washington Regulator Proposes Rule for Storing Out-of-state Title Records

October 26, 2021

Currently, Washington mandates title insurance companies and agents to keep adequate records of all transactions. The proposed rulemaking would require title companies to store records in the state unless otherwise approved by the commissioner.
