Happy Birthday to the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation!

Celebrate our Birthday With a Gift to the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation

Happy birthday to our baby, the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation! Now officially 1 year old, the Foundation incorporated one year ago this week on Aug. 17.

Thanks to our generous donors, we have been able to award $130,000 to 22 non-profit organizations! Your gifts have allowed the Foundation to support the charitable efforts of title professionals—your peers—as they work to build and strengthen their local communities and exemplify the title industry’s values of We Lead, We Deliver, We Protect. From food banks to housing- and mortgage-assistance programs to a community for homeless U.S. veterans, we are incredibly proud of our ALTA members who support these charities as well as the Foundation’s ability to further these good deeds through fundraising. Additionally, we have received a record 75 applications for the next round of grants, which will be awarded during ALTA ONE in October!

Of course, to continue to fund these important non-profit organizations, we need you. Please consider celebrating our baby’s very first birthday with a good-deed gift. Don’t forget, the Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation may be tax-deductible. As we like to say at the Foundation, “Good deeds grow communities.”
