With changes to ALTA’s Loan and Owner’s policies and numerous ALTA endorsements now in effect, the free ALTA Commercial Network webinar, “How ALTA Policy Form Changes Will Impact Commercial Deals,” will help you understand the revisions so you can educate your staff and commercial customers. The new ALTA Policy Forms collection is being published on Friday, July 30; the effective date, as authorized, was July 1. This is the first revision to the base policies since a complete rewrite in 2006.
