The Docket: No Coverage for ‘Tire Poppers,' Indiana Appeals Court Holds

David Cox, of counsel for the law firm Jackson & Campbell, PC, provided today’s review of a decision by the Court of Appeals of Indiana that addressed coverage for "actual damages" and not for the insured's effort to thwart the neighbors’ use of the access easement.
